For Simultaneous translation of FGS, IDs, IHVs, for instance, it happens sometimes that some meetings are cancelled 1 hour or more after they have started due to some technical or recruitment reasons, such meetings are rescheduled for a later date, we never bill such cancelled meetings even if cancelled in the last 30 minutes of their conduct, to help you save costs and remain within your budgets.
